Brent Gilchrist worked for 10 years for Inland Revenue before becoming New Zealand Tax Director for an international accounting firm.
Brent Gilchrist has operated a specialist taxation advisory practice for the last 15 years.
Brent was born and brought up in the Maniototo, in the heart of Central Otago, before attending Otago Boys High School and then Otago University, before completing his Bachelor of Business Studies (Accountancy) at Massey University.
Brent consults from an office in CBD Wellington but travels regularly to other cities to attend clients in their premises.
Most consultations are referrals from Chartered Accountants and Lawyers, who do not have their own in-house tax experts.
